My name is Tracy Houlden, and after 35 years working in HR, including Business Partner and Director roles, I launched Howgills HR to give SMEs access to high-level expertise on a flexible, pay-as-you-go basis.
I believe HR should be straightforward. My approach is adaptable across a wide range of industries, including hospitality, training, retail, distribution, legal, and the public sector. My aim is to help business owners manage their people with confidence, fairness, and compliance.
When I’m not working, I enjoy horse riding, swimming, running and yoga. I’m also currently in active negotiations with my husband to fill the dog-shaped hole in our home with a new four-legged friend.
